Booking & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• All cancellations must be completed through our online booking system.

• Unpaid balances must be cleared before booking future appointments.

Late & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed

• After 10 minutes → $25 late fee

• After 15 minutes → appointment canceled + 50% charge

No-shows will be charged accordingly and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Salon Etiquette Policy

To maintain a relaxing and safe environment:

• No extra guests or children are allowed unless receiving a service

• Seating is reserved for clients only

• Services will not begin until additional guests have left

If arrangements cannot be made, your appointment may be canceled and subject to a 50% service charge.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards. Please note:

• A 2.9% processing fee applies to card payments

• Cash and Zelle are preferred

• Checks are not accepted

Final Sales Policy

All services and transactions are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
